What is Canadamark?

The CanadaMark is a brand mark promoted by BHP Billiton Diamonds, one of the leading diamond mining companies. This brand mark, symbolizes a genuinely mined diamond in the North West territories of Canada, providing an authentic and fully trusted diamonds which can tracked right up to the source.

CanadaMark™ is an origin hallmark, signifying that the polished diamond is:

•  Mined in Canada
•  Natural and untreated,
• Tracked from mine to polished,
• Of standardized quality
  

The program allows guaranteeing the integrity of the supply chain for diamonds from mine to retail, and giving the end consumer confidence in the origin and history of their polished diamond.

    What is the process, after you select the stones?

If you select stones of Canadian origin and wish to inscribe with the CanadaMark, unique serial numbers are marked with the brand mark.

We proceed to mark the stones selected by you with the CanadaMark brand mark, its unique Serial Number, and any additional logo or information that you may wish to inscribe. These inscriptions on the girdle of the diamonds can be done either by us or by you.

There is an assurance certificate card, along with each CanadaMark™ polished diamond containing the unique identification number, primary brand logo and CanadaMark™ hallmark.

Below procedure with regards to Canadamark stones:

• Suppose you purchase some stones from us.
• We will thereafter forward the vital details of these stones to Canadamark people.
• On receiving the said details they will forward us the Canadamark Certificate numbers by email and side by side they will start the printing of the same.
• On receiving the numbers we will inscribe CM logo, CM number and Primary logo.
• In the meantime the certificates will be ready by Canadamark people and they will directly forward it to you.
• Once the inscription is done at our end – we will do the shipment of the diamonds from our place.
• So you will be receiving the certificate from Canadamark people and inscribed diamonds from us.
• To sum it up, it will take around 4 to 5 days to ship you the goods.
